How to get there? > Université Paris Cité, Bâtiment Olympe de Gouges
To come to Université Paris Cité, take metro line 14 to the “Bibliothèque François Mitterand” stop and then walk to Batiment Olympe De Gouges, 8 rue Albert Einstein, 75013 Paris. Once at the university, walk past the cement pillars/stilts pictured above and go to reception / security desk (in the hallway). Security will ask you for some form of ID; in return they will give you a visitor pass. Once you have it, go to the elevators, use your pass to activate elevator and take the elevator to the 8th floor where room 830 is located.

Walk from Noisy Champs RER train station to Université Gustave Eiffel

If you were leaving from the center of Paris (Les Halles) on a Wednesday morning, this is what your itinerary would look like. Google maps indicates 24 minutes, which is optimistic. Outbound traffic is usually lighter than inbound, but please allow a solid 45 minutes to get to the university. A cab ride from the center of Paris to the university can range from 30 to 50€, depending on the service you are using. Distance from Les Halles to Champs sur Marne is ca 23 km.

When coming from Paris, please board one of the front cars of the train: when you get off at Noisy Champs, you will be close to the exit leading to the University. Walk to the escalators. As you go up the escalators from the platform, take the exit located on your right, exit #3 “bd Newton.”

As you leave the RER station, turn left, go straight. You will see the La Poste building on your right. At the crossroads, turn right onto the avenue Ampère.
Go straight on avenue Ampère to Piotr Kowalski’s urban sculpture “axe de la terre” ahead of you. At the roundabout, make a left and go straight to the university.
